Please give sellers the option to select different minimum order purchase amounts for domestic and international orders. For many sellers, international orders entail more work and costs. In addition, US sellers often do not have to go to the Post Office to ship domestic packages, since most of them can be picked up by the mail carrier right at the seller's door or mailbox. However, shipping of international packages usually requires a trip to the Post Office.

Usually, but you can print customs + shipping label from the USPS website now for FCIM with carrier pickup. A little clunky but it works and it comes with the round date stamp. Priority and above are available through Paypal as well.
