How do you cancel an order that a buyer has asked for due to the Canada Post Strike

Hello I have a buyer from the US wanting to cancel their order due to the Canada Post strike. I can't for the life of me figure out how to cancel it besides refund from PayPal which doesn't help here! Can somebody please help.? Thank you !

Ok I have figured out how to cancel and refund.. but does this hurt our account as if we cancelled? But it is the buyer who asked for it ? Sorry use to eBay this would doc our accounts.

Cancelling orders is only an issue if done on a regular basis. It’s absolutely fine to do so if the customer asks.

Thank you so much! I have never cancelled an order on my behalf in my years of selling. So I was just double checking it didn't hurt our account as a seller. And hopefully Canada Post gets back to work soon.
