Hi, since I was out for about a year I'm starting to get the feel about new features. (great updates by the way)
Now I'm having a huge order from a 'guest account' (is that new?). So there's no feedback on the customer as such.
I also got this warning : "A high value order from a new user may be a chargeback risk.
A high value order where the shipping address does not match the billing address may be a chargeback risk."
So now I'm wondering if this is reliable or not? I dont want to risk not getting my monies for over 300€ in items.
Sorry If I'm too suspicious about transactions like these.... :-)

However, as the addresses are quite close, it's probably not a case of using a stolen credit card from a totally different person. Or you could ask they pay via a different method. Also it passed 3D secure so I believe that means it's very likely that the person who placed the order is the proper owner of the card used.
It’s just that it was a combination of that guest account and that warning ….
In Belgium here I also sell at a local online site and I get one scammer after another there. It made me carefull with this shizzle :-)
