Help - New Invoice footer to include additional information & the EU Digital Services Act (DSA)

Hello,
I am in European Union. So, can you please help to understand if I should include information as this one in the context of new European Union law by February 16, 2025:

"The products and services provided by this store are in compliance with the European Union Digital Services Act (DSA)."

Is this ok?

    I'm not aware that you need to include that on an invoice footer, would you be able to point to somewhere that indicates something like that is required? As far as I'm aware the DSA applies to marketplaces, not so much the users of those marketplaces. As a marketplace we need to make sure our sellers only sell items that "comply with EU law". We only allow sellers to sell Lego items, which "comply with EU law".

    The invoice footer is for things like VAT/MWST margin schemes
