The EU GPSR regulations will come into affect on 13th December, meaning any business seller, selling to the EU or Northern Ireland will have to follow these regulations, which include providing safety documentation and a responsible operator in the EU.
What are your thoughts, and is BrickOwl as a marketplace going to provide any tools to place these new details on listings, in a similar way to how Ebay are doing?

Are you able to give an example of how that looks on eBay? I did check a few Lego items on eBay/Amazon, but could not see the EU responsible person being declared directly on the item page.
"The name, registered trade name or registered trade mark, and contact details, including the postal and electronic address, of the economic operator referred to in paragraph 1 shall be indicated on the product or on its packaging, the parcel or an accompanying document." Seems to indicate all part sellers should be including a slip stating the parts are made by Lego, and what their contact details are
With regards to safety documentation, if customers requested such a thing, presumably you could direct them to Lego, and to their compliance portal.
I've added manufacturer contact information on item pages within stores
We already have the safety warning in the bottom of every page within stores
