Mandatory tracking ?

Is there a way I can add mandatory tracking for extra fee when say total order is above 50 EUR? Thanks!

You can set limits on your shipping methods so they are only available below certain order values

And add another shipping method?

You can't add a specific fee for tracking/insurance, so if you want to add a cost for tracking, that would need to be as a seperate shipping method
