For many shipping methods/postal agencies, adding the clients email when creating the shipment is mandatory
It would speed up the process if the customer email would be available in the shipping address on the order. Currently it is only reachable via the Actions>Contact Customer button.
Having the email address available in the shipping address information on order level would prevent having to navigate the site to find the information needed for shipping the order.
I am open to any other fields than suggested by me, as long as it would be directly available on the order detail page.
