@Lawrence is it possible for you to put a warning to sellers that the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands need custom labels even though they are part of the uk. Twice now the post office has refused to take two packages because we didn’t know about the customs label.

At the moment i have stopped buying from outside the EU because sellers have no knowledge of working out a proper customs forms.
But apart from that, yes it sounds strange how your local postoffice will not accept a package if it is not needed.
Now from Brickowls point of view, i would wish that there somehow could be implemented some form of senders check, that they have filled out a customs form, how they have filled it out, and maybe that they need to input that info before they can finish the order. But that might be a whole other topic :-)
