Hi. I just received order from Switzerland, but they haven't paid any TAX or VAT. Is this correct ? How I should post this order? Thanks for help

Switzerland nor in EU so their VAT won't be collected at source. I would assume the buyer will pay anything due on delivery like we used to before Brexit.
