Guest orders
What is to stop a customer being able to order several times under different different guest names?
The only reason I ask is because I have just had a customer who ordered as a guest report their order hasn't arrived - now I am not saying this is not true but with our usual customers we can report and a note is made and of course if they report several orders not arriving - they will be dealt with
but this is not going to be case in guest orders or is it?
