My listings

Hi all,

I am a bit confused (not an unusual position for me to be in!)

In the past when I have listed an item, I have always been able to see it amongst the list of all of the other sellers offering it. I find this helpful in judging how to price.

I have recently noticed that I cannot see my listing amongst all the others.

I have tried toggling the option in Profile Settings between, buying, selling and wish list and still cannot see my listing.

The items are visible in my shop and sales do not appear to be impacted.

I wonder if I am doing something wrong - any advice would be welcomed.

Could you give an example item? And what country you are viewing from?

@GrumpyChris i can’t find it in your store. Can you find it in your inventory. This happened to me before. If you can find it in your inventory (like we could find the item in ours). Look to see if the for sale box is unchecked. This is what happened to us how we managed to uncheck the for sale box we don’t know.

@Neiljones thanks - just checked, it is in my inventory and the for sale box is checked, so I unchecked it and checked it again, still not showing. I have noticed that this is not impacting all of my listings - have not had the time to work out how many - hopefully there is a fix
