When a buyer requests a shipping quote, sellers have the option to include an Optional note to customer. We typically use this space to explain the shipping method, delivery time, tracking details, and to thank the buyer for considering our store.
However, after submitting the shipping quote, while it's possible to revisit and even modify the quote, the original note can't be viewed anymore. This is problematic because sometimes I need to double-check what was communicated to the customer regarding shipping specifics.
Nevertheless, when the customer accepts the quote and places the order, the note becomes visible again—but only in the "Your Order Note" field, which the customer can't see. Are these bugs, or am I missing something?
