customer can't see shipping options

Currently the only shipping Method that is working is the request a Quote I have the option use if there is no other option available. I have another method that goes by weight but that is not showing up and I have no idea why

Maybe there is an issue with the size?

Dimensions Limit (L x W x H) 228mm x 305mm x 6mm

6mm thickness is not a lot, it's less than a brick.
So only flat items would fit into that

@tbohlsen I agree with @Vosblokjes - I think this is worth looking at. In the UK 5mm is the maximum thickness for a standard letter (so greetings cards, for example), so a Large Letter thickness (here it's 25mm) is probably what you need to have.

The "public name" should be the shipping method name, like "USPS First Class". The dimension limit is very low, so not much will fit within that. You may want to take a look at the shared shipping methods here https://www.brickowl.com/mystore/settings/shipping_methods/shared
