does not ship to GB ?

some help needed please ,
listing magazine Polly bags and on the catalogue page, my listings says does not ship to GB ? and no postage is shown , I'm based in the uk and all the other listings are ok ? how do i solve this please. item number 912410

That item probably does not have any dimensions set. If you go to the edit tab of the item, you can set the dimensions
