Quote requests

Hey there, maybe i am blind, but is there a resorvation for the quotes? How long is a quote active for response? I see that there will be a suspention for allready outgiven quotes, but I run a physical store as well, so should I just reserve the Sets/Minifigures or parts for a duration? Whats that duration? Im a bit lost with the quote system and have a lot open which I dont know how to remove without the fear of suspension. Sorry, but im not that clear with how Brick owl works with that system and couldnt find answers.

    Quotes don't reserve the parts. Just look at it as a request for a shipped price for the parts. If someone else buys parts that are in the quote, and then the quote generates an order, the buyer will be notified that the parts are no longer available.
