Oh wow that seems a bit harsh. Why couldn’t admin advise you first to correct the problem. And give you a time frame ie 5 working days. Or has it come from a customer who has informed admin, even so still harsh. It’s only my opinion but I think you should have been informed by admin. You have 100% feedback. We all make mistakes because we are only human, and we learn from our mistakes. Hopefully it will get sorted.
