Customer can not see all available payment methods

Hi,
we just received message with screenshot from registered user. He see only Stripe and PayPal at the checkout.
But we offer also Bitcoin, Bank transfer (for all region) and for his region COD.

We tried to make a few test orders, but all of these payments method were available.

Is there a new store setting we don't know about? We can send the user's nickname in DMs (subject of his message was "Dobírka").
He was probably Whitelabel customer...

As you've highlighted to the customer, it could be their billing address country

But Bitcoin is set to "world", so it is really strange...

I've taken a look at the code, the only other thing is if it's guest checkout, but they have a user account. So unfortunately I don't know the answer to this.

I have noticed the user has no addresses on their account. So maybe they tried using guest checkout, then later they made an account to email you.

Is it to do with the minimum/maximum order total fields?

I tried your store and do also get the Bitcoin ans IBAN options.
