Empty response on API catalog lookup but web returns part

Hi - I found a curious issue with BOID 345614, BLID 973pb2019.

Basically when I call the lookup from the API {https://api.brickowl.com/v1/catalog/id_lookup?key=<MY KEY>&id_type=bl_item_no&type=Part&id=973pb2019} I get an empty boid response : {"boids":[]}

However on the web search bar, this finds 345614 just fine. I've not had this issue with other parts. Any thoughts why?

973pb2019 doesn't exist in our system, thats the without-arms ID. We usually dont do without-arms torsos

Ah - I didn't notice that the web search brought me to the full torso with arms. Thanks!

The catalog browser shows over 1700 torsos without arms (compared to the 6900 with). Are you wanting contributions to build that up? Or do you prefer not to have them in the catalog at all?

I’d prefer not to have them, it’s something we don’t want to maintain.
