Shipping to United Kingdom - VAT etc included?

Hi all,
I'm in Australia and just got my first UK quote request. I know that they have unique international demands with customs and tax- I can get a postage quote through AustPost but does Brickowl automatically calculate the taxes/duties etc and provide us and the postal service with the correct forms, or do I need to manually notify someone or add charges?

If the order value is below the threshold, Brick Owl will collect the VAT. Brick Owl will provide you with a VAT number to use but no forms. Your postal provider should be able to handle the customs side of things.
