I have this item BA135pb08 is the bricklink Id. It comes from set 8155. I have no idea how to list it on brickowl. If someone could list it, it would be much appreciated.

If you check set 8458, then there are also those stickers covering two 1x4 tiles. Maybe that gives you some hint how to add them...
