Automatically generated USPS tracking link

Is there a way to make this link customizable for certain buyers?

99% of the time the system is fantastic, zero issues. Right now I have a buyer who doesn't read messages and clicks on that link with a tracking number that is not valid in the USPS system. It is a pirate ship simple export tracking number so is there anyway to be able to insert and entire link in the tracking field, even if I needed to use a special character that could override this generated tracking link?

This is the 3rd message I have sent with the tracking link so I hope they understand but if I could manually change it for some international sales it would be amazing.

I think you can just enter a literal link as the tracking number

Thanks for the tip on the URL. I always send a message as well when sending non-USPS tracking.

@Lawrence about adding the tracking, can the focus be put inside the text box of the popup after clicking the Add button in an order? That way we can click Add and just Ctrl+V to input the information instead of moving the cursor there and need to click again. Thanks!
