BrickOwl/BrickSync errors

I'm not sure what is happening (or not happening)-
yesterday parts showed up as recently updated here on BO, however they have been in inventory for quite a long time. Screen shots should tell the story better.
On the 23 aug I toggled BL Master on/off to update some remarks made on BL. The "Technic Disks" went to zero here on BO. I hadn't changed anything in regards to those parts.
On 25 aug they re-appeared as new lots. Again I had toggled BL master on/off for the same reason, again these parts were not modified at all.

Could this be a lead to disappearing inventory, which I have yet to figure out?

I don't have insight into Bricksync, however I do know that the ID for those disks changed on BL recently

BL changed the IDs, and after that if you verify and do a blmaster on/off, those items get unlisted on BO, but once BO knows the new BLID of the items, afer a new blmaster on/off the items get back to BO inventory.

@graham BL change IDs fairly often as new IDs are added/removed. I usually do a blmaster on/off once a week just to make sure everything stays up to date.

why do you need to do a blmaster? does it update the bricklink ids in bricksync ?

If you don't do a new sync and a part sells on BO, I would think it won't update BL if the ID's no longer match?
