Download a single order in xml

Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong spot, but we have a situation where it is very likely that a 137 lot order will be canceled and we would need to be able to download it and upload it to the Other Site.

We use Brick Freedom to synchronize both platforms and if we only update the inventory here, it will be overwriten as soon as inventory is synchronized.

I'm imagining that the solution is to download the order in xml and upload it Over There, but I don't see how to download a single order, the only thing I've seen is to download orders / order items by date.

I would recommend that you contact Brick Freedom, or look at their documentation, for how to handle order cancellation.

Just in case someone else has this issue and is using Brick Freedom, here is the solution:

In Brick Freedom, go to the orders page, search for/click on the order and then once in the order you can download the order as an xml file formatted for Over There.

With BLS Manager you can export it also.

And BrickSync makes a bsx file for every order that has come through it
