Leftover bricks - unknown Set(s)

Hey there,

after hours of searching what Set my leftover pieces could belong to I finally registered here to ask for your help. What Set could this parts be belonging to. I have a few bricks of different base colours left and one police man with a few traffic signs. I can't make my head around this swim suit either. The closet matches I found yet are Sets #6353 and #6450 but I lack a lot of pieces and my other 35 Sets are in pretty good shape so there might a blind spot for a Set I'm not aware of yet...

Set 6632 will clean up a few pieces
But there are 17 sets that contain the traffic signs

And the Blue loudhailer 'only' comes in 14 sets, so maybe there you can find some more pieces.

But you will have some items missing, and on the other hand you will not use all pieces

Thanks for your response; I'm confident now that the correct Set number is 6450 as I found another missing tile and the black window frame in combination with a red steering wheel is rather unique.
