Missing message customer

Hi AM I going daft or just blind? I like to message my customers to say when I am posting their orders but I dont seem to be able to see the 'message customer' option any more?
I think I must be going blind - anyone help?

I adjusted the order buttons. We regularly get emails from stores asking how to cancel an order. My hope is to get stores used to use the drop down menu so they will see all the links. It also fits better on small screens.
