Email adres for track & trace

Hi everyone,

I provide track en trace for my orders to customers. Normally, I receive email adres through Paypal or Stripe platform, but now I have an order where the email adres is not visible.
I've contacted the customer who provided me with his email, but in the BO message it is removed.

Do you guys have good experiences using the long BO - adres track and trace updates?

You can use the brick owl email address for the customer. There is an icon by the shipping address to automatically copy it to your clipboard. Any email sent to that address goes directly to the customer.

I have never used anything else then the BO e-mail address and never had complaints from buyers not receiving a Track and Trace code
