Suggestion: Enable Auto-Save for Picking List During Picking Process

I would like to suggest an improvement for the picking list functionality. Currently, there is a check box for each item that can be selected/deselected on-screen, but the picking list in its current state cannot be saved.

This poses a significant issue because if you accidentally or intentionally navigate away from the picking list you're working on, all the checked boxes are lost, and you may have to start picking all over again.

It would be incredibly helpful if the state of the checked boxes could be saved automatically. This feature would greatly reduce the need for printing picking lists, saving paper and ink. I hope you can consider this suggestion for a future update.

Great suggestion. Lately I've been working on my work's laptop even to pick orders and whenever VPN is connected to the work's server and it updates something there I loose my previous pickings.

Great idea - could this be extended to also work with the “Combined Picking List” feature so that ticking and item writes back to the underlying order line?

That should now be working for both normal and combined picking lists.

@Lawrence thanks for doing this seems to work very well. Had to do other things and every time I came back what I had picked was still checked. Just waiting for an order with over 100 lots hopefully will work as well.
