Hiya, I've been having A LOT of issues with customers not seeing my descriptions. I can see them when I pull an order so I think they are there.
So I don't know if this is an issue with they sync software (brickfreedom), or just typical customers not paying attention when ordering from wanted lists.
I've tried getting a couple customers to help me, but so far have been met with hostility and them insisting that there was no descriptions.
Can someone please please browse my instruction listings and let me know if they have visible descriptions? Like 99% of them should say something like "minor wear" or "overall good" or "folded corner" etc. I have over 1000 listed, and I'd hate to have to fix this one at a time or just stop selling here.
