I'm not sure if I'm making a suggestion or asking for advice.
I recently generated a label that had a typo and had to void and reissue the label, I did all this within 2 mins. This happens on other sites every once in a while, and I've never had issue with customers over it.
Today I got a semi angry confused email from a user asking why I canceled her order, I updated the tracking on the site within mins of my error days ago. I'm presuming she got the original number off some sort of automated message and it doesn't send an update email? I don't see how she would have gotten the old tracking info otherwise. I don't know why she would think the order was canceled just because of a tracking number that led nowhere, perhaps she just assumed.
