Maximum price for the shipping method "Request a quote"?

Hello everyone,
is there actually a limit to how high the shop can set the amount for the shipping method "Request a quote"?

    The kind of practice you appear to be aiming for - setting all parts to 0.001 and then whacking on a giant fake shipping cost - amounts to fee avoidance, and has the side-effect of manipulating the price guide, forcing most prices onto downward trend.

    It's what unscrupulous sellers do on BL, hoping to hoodwink just enough buyers via the wishlish tools to make it worthwhile.

    If this is allowed to happen I will delete my Brick Owl account.
