Open order

As a seller I would like to have an option to keep an order open. I have a couple of regular customers that orders on a regular basis, and to save on shipping costs I will wait with shipment (I can ship arround 2 kg at a time). Because you cannot have an open order I get mails and warnings that I need to change my stated dispatch time.
It could be a status between "payment received" and "processing". Also I fear that my "Average despatch time" is incorrect.

You can now place an order on hold from the more actions drop down on the order. Also, there's currently a message on your account about Stripe. You likely will want to create a payment method for Stripe so customers can use it

Thank you very much. Unfortunately for now this feature is useless because my customers cannot order when the order(s) are "on hold" I have to change the status to "payment received" before they can order without paying for shipment again.

I've now adjusted that so "On Hold" orders can be combined with
