Tap 1 x 1 without Hole in End (4599)?
With hole in end?
Attached has tiny hole in the end, but I'm thinking it has a hole parts fit into?

No. I think, that it don´t must fit with an another part.
It is al little hole, so the description is right.

There is also a small hole inside the stud holder
