Images are randomly showing/not showing

for example BOID 17951 is missing the large image when you click through to any store in the Buy list. Add the item to your cart and the image will appear in the recently added section. Clicking on the image in the added section brings the small images to the store, but go to View Cart and the image is gone in the cart.

I checked on 2 different computers with 2 different browsers as logged in and not logged in to be sure it wasn't a cache issue on my end.

Thankyou for reporting that, I have cleared one of our caches and that should have resolved the issue

@Lawrence The main image is appearing in the store listing and cart now, but the 2 small images still don't appear in the store listing until you click on the recently added image.

I just discovered that other Decorated bricks under BOID 322944 also are missing the 2 small images until you click on the recently added item image. I can't check it out on a second computer right now.

It could possibly be cached on your local browser, I'm not sure. Is anyone else still experiencing this issue?

On boid 17951. In main catalogue I get two small images and one large. Click on a store and the small images are gone

I just checked on a second computer with one of the other 322944 Decorated plates that I hadn't looked at before and it is still happening. I was not logged in and using a different OS and browser.

@Lawrence first photo is search in the main catalogue. The second photo is then clicking on the item. Third photo is once clicking on someone’s store. Hope these are helpful and I’ve done it correctly.

That's just a difference in how the images are displayed in different views. I believe ranita was describing an actual issue where there was an error box rather than the image, although i may have misunderstood

The timestamp on the images shows the small images are missing in the one at 2:23:27. Then I clicked on the image in the recently added section and the small images appeared at 2:23:40.

The alternate images on stores only appear if you enter the item with a specific color.
