Customer phone number
Hi all!
Need an a community advise.
Got an order from USA but there is no phone number in customer details.
Asked twice - no reply.
Without phone number I can not compile CN22 declaration and therefore can not ship.
In one hand I fully understand why people hesitant to provide phone numbers, in other hand I am stuck.
What dear all would you do as seller?
