incorrect inventory conversion?
Customer ordered 1 CTY1027 from me, I do not have CTY1027 but the order showed 1 ordered and 1 left in stock. Brickowl inventory shows I still have one for sale. I actually have 2 of CTY0561 (somewhat similar figure). CTY0561 does not appear in Brickowl catalog but the order pulled 1 of the CTY0561 from my inventory for the price I had listed and the location it was stored in. I upload to Bricklink and sync to Brickowl via Brickfreedom. Has this happened to anyone before? Im not even sure how to correct the Brickowl inventory Ill have to investigate that. I wonder if some the issues I have had before are related to whatever happened here and if there are other errors like this. I am not immune to making errors from time to time but this one wasn't on me. Any feedback would be welcome.
