Well now I'm just confused, you're correct it's not belgium, but aren't the stripes the wrong order for germany? The yellow stripe looks badly painted, I wonder if it's been modified

You're right! I didn't spot the two bottom stripes were the wrong way round I wonder if the whole thing has been repainted?
