Help on shipping please

Good evening all brickowlers… I am new to the site and would request some support regarding shipping. I have had 1 or 2 customers say that the system is not allowing them to check out, as there is not a shipping option for large weighted items. Would it be possible for some one to check this for me as I believe that I have edited the shipping option but I am not 100% sure.

    Well, your shipping only goes up to 1000g, so I would assume if the item is above this it would default to request a quote. I added a 305gm item to my cart and it correctly added £3 shipping as per your table, so that seems to work.

    I would advise you to maybe split domestic and international shipping though - £3 won't go far if you ship to Europe with tracking; in fact you will probably end up losing money in some cases, especially if it has to go as a Small Parcel.
