How do I block a user.

I got a charge back from a user, now I want to block this user so I am not a victim again. Where do I do this? Searching prior posts was less than helpful.

@MacsBricks And as you say you don't want to be a victim again, other sellers don't want to be either

So please also issue a report on the buyer. That way BrickOwl can take a look and maybe flag the buyer.

@BasKrie that was one of the first things I did, also left a negative "positive" feedback for the user. I think others may have been victims as well.
