BrickOwl API username update issue with PayPal (yes, searched other posts!)

I am directly copying/pasting the PayPal API username, but it is saying it is invalid. PayPal has recently updated its settings allegedly -- wondering for those who have cited a workaround in other discussion posts - how did you do it? I'm worried BrickOwl is giving me the red box of shame because the API key has my email domain (a dot com), an underscore, a period ... but it's generated by PayPal so not sure what to do.

Thanks!

You may want to check there’s no other characters when you copy and paste like spaces at the end. Although the red box is on the username it could be any of the 3 parts that are incorrect
  • Thank you - to fix this, in case anyone comes across it in the future, I clicked "show" in PayPal and made sure I was getting the correct beginning and end. I'd just pushed the copy button before so I think it was grabbing something extra.

    Thanks, @Lawrence!
