Got a message in French this morning. Unfortunately I don't speak French.
"nous n'arrivons pas a regler la commande malgre une modification de paypal, pouvons nous vous regler d'une autre maniere s'il vous plait"
Google translate to English--
"we are unable to settle the order despite a change in paypal, we can settle you in any other way please"
So what are they asking me? I have not had an order with this buyer, and I do not have any pending quotes. Are they asking me if I will accept a different form of payment so they can place an order? I really don't want to get in over my head with someone I can't communicate with. Any insight would be appreciated.

They probably have an open cart but don't want to proceed given that they have an issue with their PayPal account, and that's the only payment method you offer?
Thanks for the help.

Yeah, I'm no help. :-D
Or in American--"Do you know what you are saying?"
Running it through google translate did not come up with a very (shall we say) proper translation.
