Stripe "Payment received an early fraud warning"

Has anyone gotten one of these before and how did you handle it. Stripe recommends I refund to avoid the charge back fee, but I believe it is a valid charge, however, this is a first for me and I would like to find out how others handled this situation.

If it turns out to be fraud, you will lose the parts, the money and stripe will charge you £20 for the privilege. I would cut your losses and report the buyer.
