Incorrect BL/BO torso variant relationship

A buyer is asking me some questions, which revealed a catalog issue.

I am being asked about a SW Commander Fox Torso. It exists in two variants, plus an 'undetermined' variant in BL.

The following item/lot matches with what is in BL:

However this one in my BL inventory is 'udetermined' , but the same Lot ID here is for a 'determined' version. Which in turn means, that here on BO I am selling an opposite variant that I do not really have AND there is no way that my employee would catch this error if someone bought it.

I said to the buyer that I only have one variant (NOT the one that they need), the buyer pointed out that I actually have two variants listed. I confused the buyer, then I myself got confused, now EVERYONE is confused....!

Sadly I am not familiar with the ins and outs of BO catalog.
QUESTION. Is this a common issue, or more of a one-off situation?

QUESTION #2 - only one has 'Star Wars' logo/relationship in BO catalog. Which kinda makes the other variant look less valid/less legitimate/potentially less desirable.

  • Usually the BL "undetermined" entry is linked to a "determined" entry here as we dont use undetermined entries. For stores that do not differentiate, it's no issue. For stores that are marked as differentiating, but have some items listed as "undetermined" on BL it would cause this issue. We don't really have a solution for this other than to ensure if you differentiate variations that you don't list against "undetermined" entries.
