Frustration with leaving feedback

PLEASE consider a fix, which I think/hope should be quite straight forward.

The fix - one or both of these (pref both):-

add "sort by" to feedback received column

add "file" feature to enable remove orders from "all orders" view once they are marked as received with feedback left (or for whatever reason the customer/seller may have)

The problem is so time consuming - I read the feedback I receive and leave an appropriate comment.
I choose not to leave generic feedback nor do I leave feedback until order has been at least marked as received...

Because the default sort is order number which being random, means I have to go thru an ever increasing number of pages to find orders that have been marked as received (with or w/o FB) by the customer - even when using "sort by status"

To compound that when I click to read the feedback I have received, say in the middle of page 4, then click back it goes back to page one.

  • You may want to try sorting by date, or date and status by holding down shift. Later we will add filters to the order screen.
  • I think I've mentioned before, it would be useful for me if I was able to see if I was leaving feedback for a repeat customer. At the moment, I have to go into the order to see if there had been previous orders.

    It works ok(ish) - a file function would at least reduce the size of the list - I do realize it's work in progress so I'll make do until such time…
