How do you tell people that you only ship to usa or limited countries?

    Only create shipping methods for the countries you wish to ship to. Ensure the 'request a quote' shipping method only applies to those same countries.

    If you only want to ship to Denmark, make sure your shipping methods only apply to Denmark (each shipping method has a list of countries that they apply to).

    "Request a quote" is a built-in shipping method that buyers can use to ask for a shipping price. If you go to your store's settings, and then shipping settings, you'll see it. Click it and scroll down to the list of countries. If you remove every country except Denmark, only buyers with a Danish address can use this to ask for a shipping price.
