I have an interested party who wants to buy a set from me, yet he says paypal is not working for him. How can I get this fixed? He said he has tried twice.

I would recommend asking for a screenshot to identify exactly what the issue is

Problem solved. Just a matter of logging out of program and turning off phone and restarting solved the problem for him!
