Customer unable to complete
Hi can anyone help. Customer has said they can’t checkout. They say “ The Process can be Acessfull.
The Produkt isn't at the card. “ is the reason they are getting. As always your help is appreciated
Could you ask them to send you a screenshot? As we can’t understand that error description

I can't send you a screenshot. The problem is that the item is not in the shopping cart and, as described in the email, I cannot find the agreed delivery fee for the item anywhere. In my opinion, they have to send me a direct link to the item with shipping costs so that I can easily complete the order.
We have resent the shipping quote.
is the item still available? If it was a 'request a quote' this doesn't reserve the item and maybe they thought it did, but in the meantime has it been purchased by someone else?
yes the items are still available. Have sent quote twice to them
