Hi can anyone help. Customer has said they can’t checkout. They say “ The Process can be Acessfull. The Produkt isn't at the card. “ is the reason they are getting. As always your help is appreciated
I can't send you a screenshot. The problem is that the item is not in the shopping cart and, as described in the email, I cannot find the agreed delivery fee for the item anywhere. In my opinion, they have to send me a direct link to the item with shipping costs so that I can easily complete the order.
@Neiljones is the item still available? If it was a 'request a quote' this doesn't reserve the item and maybe they thought it did, but in the meantime has it been purchased by someone else?
