I don't understand what is going on with this "buyer". They never respond to questions. Everytime they buy it's going to a different Canadian address. Their IP is in the UK and their flag is US. How can a "buyer" be in three different countries. Only purchases here on BO, but I'm convinced they are selling stock on BL and don't have it in store or are making money charging people international shipping and buying domestic to screw over customers. Anyone else have a piece of the puzzle?

    Could be a drop shipper, maybe? There are rules against it, but they seem easy to navigate around if they know what their doing.

    Personally, I have no issues with drop shippers and have never had a problem with one. As long as the ship to address on the order matches the PayPal address, which is easy to do, it wont be an issue for you.
