The other day I made an order on Brick Owl. It was split between two different stores. One of them contacted me right away but I haven't heard anything from the other one. I sent a contact form to Brick Owl but I haven't gotten an answer. (Maybe it's the holidays.) I've been looking everywhere for a customer service phone number but they don't seem to have one. Should I re-order the items that don't seem to be processing?
