Underage member using parent's credit card without permission then call it fraudulent transaction

Member MG230 - https://www.brickowl.com/user/1104721 - placed and paid order on 19 Nov, the order was shipped on 21 Nov and was delivered on 8 Dec which can be confirmed by tracking. Then I got an email from Stripe today, after almost 10 days since the delivery saying "U.S. Bank National Association-Credit has initiated a €43.12 EUR dispute because your customer says they didn’t initiate this purchase (this is known as a fraudulent transaction)" and now I need to fight with Visa and prove my right while they got the ordered item. Dear Admin, please block his profile to avoid such issues in the future.
