Baarlo Bricks

Is it common that - compared to BL - the buyers leave less feedback? I have 23 orders since I started up recently, but only 6 are marked as received and only got 3 feedback, most of them are received (domestic and no complains/mails). On BL I would have received ~15 feedback by the time.

Not that I'm disappointed or something, just noticed the difference.

This comes up from time to time, seems the rate of feedback here is around 20-40% depending on the store.

I think on BL there are quite a few stores who demand/ask for feedback as a way of confirming receipt of the order (aside from the manual status change) before leaving any for the customer, whereas it seems here it's a bit more relaxed.

For most stores (i think) our motto here on brickowl is, "No news is good news" :-D
